An office building was developed to benefit from Sin El Fil strategic location where an old and prestigious bookshop is located. Immediately a meticulous care to preserve the memory of Librairie Antoine became an obsession and elegance was our guideline to conceive this classic and sustainable building embedding the old bookshop in the heart of the new construction and granting it with additional parking spaces, storage area in the basements as well as 2 floors on top of it to adjust the visual proportion of the construction when the brand new 9 storeys offices will rest on its shoulders. A double skin curtain wall is devised on the building's main frontal elevation overseeing the main road to shield the offices from the direct sunlight and give it a distinguished prestigious look.
