Crafted with natural materials and painted with earthy colours, this Green compound hosts a fully equipped training facility, labs and greenhouses in addition to an accommodation area containing studios and leisure facilities.
To preserve the ecosystem and minimise the effect on the organic green field, we draw our inspiration from small islands in big oceans hence creating the needed nucleus microclimate.
The next stage was to devise the green strategy for self-sufficiency and the selection and integration of the sustainable material such as the local palm wood and stones.

This compound and all our sustainable designs comply with the requirements of a good facade insulation and bioclimatic design that favours solar heat gain. To achieve Zero energy consumption, the energy for heating, hot water, ventilation and to power home appliances and the heat pump are compensated with power from the photovoltaic panels and the heat recovery systems. The studios are equipped with windows that open automatically if needed to regulate oxygen and moisture levels ensuring comfort for future occupants.
