In the heart of lrbil, this modern architecture is designd to reflect the Iraqi style with a desert inspired yellow stone cladding and the aesthetic shapes on the opposite corners are influenced by the Mecharrabiyeh concept sculpted to dress up the building and bestow shades for heat regulation. A green belt surrounds the service area at the first floor level and separates the commercial area located underneath it from the residential area in the top 4 floors.
