Mont Elina is a high end residential compound in the Green area of Ghaziyeh, Saida. Our main concern was to reduce the pollution's impact of a huge urban project on the agricultural nature of the area hence exploiting the allowed land ratio vertically instead of horizontally and investing the spared space in landscaping attractions such as gardens and reflected pools.
Vehicle circulation was minimised and the parking spaces are strictly limited to buildings basements. The construction is light and unimposing for harmonious integration and utmost luxury in its modern architecture and landscaped rooftops that accommodate the small pools overseeing the Mediterranean Sea all cantilevered with pergolas for aesthetic quality as well as its heat reduction functionality.
