FARHA'S HOME
MARJEOUN, LEBANON

Preserving town's identity and upgrading traditional houses functions to accommodate the modern life requirements is our most treasured mission.
In the heart of Marjeyoun city in the South of Lebanon an attractive, impressive century old building survived the last war and stood silently waiting for its occupants to return home.
Building new extensions was needed to accommodate the growing family's needs for new functions in addition to an extensive restoration for the surviving mansion.
Traditional and indigenous building was meticulously schemed according to the old techniques used in the time and to integrate the new extension in the same proportions and capture the aesthetic of the Lebanese traditional houses.
